Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is currently looking for an experienced AV & Video Conference support specialist for a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior level executives and management end users at the highest level with AV, Video Conferencing and desktop needs.
Responsibilities:
- Be the internal expert for all AV and video conference technologies
- Develop and drive the AV Roadmap, business objectives and resources
- Support presentations and national and international video conferences
- Remote connectivity support as needed
- Manage projects to maintain, install and upgrade all new AV equipment and systems to minimize third party support
- Support end users via phone to provide AV and desktop resolutions
- Provide Windows OS and MS Office support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of AV and desktop support experience
- Experience working with Polycom and Cisco hardware and software
- Windows OS 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016 and Office 365 support experience
- Cisco VPN, Outlook email network connectivity
- Supporting HP printers & copiers, mobile devices
- Experience with deploying Anti-virus technologies and managing Druva enterprise backups
