AV & Video Conference Support Specialist

Salary up to $85K + Great Benefits

Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is currently looking for an experienced AV & Video Conference support specialist for a full time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior level executives and management end users at the highest level with AV, Video Conferencing and desktop needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the internal expert for all AV and video conference technologies
  • Develop and drive the AV Roadmap, business objectives and resources
  • Support presentations and national and international video conferences
  • Remote connectivity support as needed
  • Manage projects to maintain, install and upgrade all new AV equipment and systems to minimize third party support
  • Support end users via phone to provide AV and desktop resolutions
  • Provide Windows OS and MS Office support

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of AV and desktop support experience
  • Experience working with Polycom and Cisco hardware and software
  • Windows OS 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016 and Office 365 support experience
  • Cisco VPN, Outlook email network connectivity
  • Supporting HP printers & copiers, mobile devices
  • Experience with deploying Anti-virus technologies and managing Druva enterprise backups
