Branding + Marketing

• Participated in marketing and social media branding activities
• Responsible for organizing and purchasing all of Devonshire’s promotional materials
• Worked with graphic team to coordinate logo and branding efforts
• Provided quality assurance efforts on final product 

Recruitment

• Coordinated recruitment of permanent and temporary IT and Finance professionals
• Responsible for scheduling interviews, conducting references and general recruitment efforts
• Utilized recruiting resources such as Monster.com, LinkedIn.com, and Internal Database to pursue candidates
• Responsible for posting jobs on various job boards, local colleges, career centers, and company website
• Screened resumes to ensure candidates met hiring requirements and forwarded qualified candidates to managers
• Responsible for phone screening candidates
• Attended interview sessions with Senior Partners
• Responsible for on-boarding contractual hires into Devonshire’s payroll and HRIS system
