Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is seeking a Data Project Manager to oversee global data-driven projects, with a strong focus on AI software projects. This role will coordinate AI-driven implementations, ensure project timelines, and align deliverables with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, experience with generative AI technologies, and a background in professional services or technology-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage generative AI software projects, primarily involving the implementation of third-party tools and platforms.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior and junior consulting staff, operations personnel, analytics innovation, and IT teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and implementation roadmaps.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
• Collect and analyze feedback on trials and completed initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to key stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology-driven project management.
• Proven ability to manage and implement technology-focused projects, particularly within generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with professional services industries and their unique structures.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required to operate effectively in a global environment.

Applicants must meet all Mexican government requirements to render services in Mexico.

Office Attendance: Hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite)
Compensation: Target is $80,000 – 100,000 MXN Pesos/Month (Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.)
