Job Description

We are looking for a Development Team Lead to join our growing team. The Team Lead will coordinate day-to-day team operations, delegate tasks, and set deadlines. The responsibilities also include leading projects in the right direction, outlining roadmaps, and communicating with project collaborators across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business Analysts and Software Architect to drive the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
• Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Assist with developing department goals and establishing clear team goals
• Delegate tasks and set time-sensitive goals for the team
• Promote and support the constant progress of teammates
• Steer the evaluation of individual performance
• Backlog grooming/prioritization
• Sprint planning & coordination
• Project schedule tracking, coordination, and supervision
• Perform regular Scrum meetings
• Communicate requirements and challenges with both developers and management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field
• Cloud computing experience preferred. Experience in software development, in an Agile environment, specializing in C# and .NET
• Front-end development experience in Angular is a plus. 
• Project Management experience, and ability to lead and influence others
• Develop projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
• Comfortable communicating with colleagues across all levels both remote and in-person
