Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is current seeking a Digital Engagement Manager is responsible for strengthening our client’s user’s experience with their suite of apps, from successful on-boarding through frequent and reliant engagement to potential advocacy for our products.

This individual will be working in a fast-paced agile development environment and will work with various internal teams including, product management, data analytics, customer success, business development, and software development, among others. The Candidate should have a strong product marketing background and proven experience targeting a specialized audience (ideally with consumer or healthcare verticals), as our client’s audience is predominantly clinicians specializing in clinical pediatric genetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own product user engagement using qualitative and quantitative metrics to grow and strengthen use with and reliance upon the Suite of applications.
  • Drive continued improvement of user’s satisfaction with products and support services (via NPS and other qualitative measures).
  • Lead all product engagement communication campaigns through in-app and email messaging (via AppCues, Intercom, Survey Monkey … etc.)
  • Lead user experience analytics and reporting to best understand usage patterns, identifying gaps and formulating solutions.
  • Build strong proficiency across all products, knowing capabilities, strengths, gaps, and future plans to maximize user experience and potential.
  • Build and maintain a user engagement improvement plan that will fold into the product development pipeline.
  • Communicate to user audiences in a manner that remains in compliance with design, branding, and communication guidelines.

Experience Required:

  • Desire to be/become the product expert relative to your area of responsibilities.
  • Proven success in communicating product use and value digitally through software applications and services.
  • Proficiency with user engagement and relationship tools such as Intercom, AppCues, Hotjar, Hubspot, Salesforce,. etc.
  • Proficient experience utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong product demonstration and communication skills.
  • Capable of producing and presenting presentations to both internal and external audiences.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet defined deadlines in a highly organized manner.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative environment while being able to drive decision processes to closure.
