Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is currently seeking a full time End User Support Engineer to support the highest level of end users and provide superior customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and log technical support calls in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone and desktop support for all email, software, hardware and phone support inquiries
- Imaging via SCCM and MDT, data migrations and deployments
- Configure mobile devices, printers, telecom connectivity devices and headsets
- Remote connectivity support as required
- Proactively identify and recommend solutions to improve performance and reliability of the Windows environemtn
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience of technically supporting senior managers in a help desk setting
- MS Windows 7/10, MS Office 2013/2016 and Office365 support experience is required
- Experience support mobile devices to include configuration and troubleshooting of iPads and iPhones
- Outlook Support and Cisco VPN network connectivity is required
- Understanding of Windows Active Directory, GPO, Process Monitor, Windows Debugger and Windows Performance Toolkit is preferred
- Experience deploying Anti-virus software and managing backups and encryption software is preferred
- Exposure to TCP/IP and WAN communications is preferred
- Must have experience working in a financial services organization
