Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the global supply base, including contract manufacturers.
- Establish and drive performance goals and objectives across the organization.
- Define and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster growth and development.
- Conduct RFQ processes and negotiate with suppliers for new products and sustaining programs.
- Manage supplier performance to achieve continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.
- Lead the Sales Operations Inventory Planning (SOIP) process.
- Drive the development of efficient and scalable materials management functions, including warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Engineering to influence technical design decisions and New Product Introduction (NPI) strategies.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of the ERP system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record in implementing sourcing strategies and continuous improvement programs.
- Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), volume production scaling, and production transfers.
- Solid knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, semiconductors, or automotive preferred.
- Startup experience is desirable.
- Exceptional negotiation and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional environment.
