Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and manage the global supply base, including contract manufacturers.
  • Establish and drive performance goals and objectives across the organization.
  • Define and execute sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor the supply chain team to foster growth and development.
  • Conduct RFQ processes and negotiate with suppliers for new products and sustaining programs.
  • Manage supplier performance to achieve continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Lead the Sales Operations Inventory Planning (SOIP) process.
  • Drive the development of efficient and scalable materials management functions, including warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to influence technical design decisions and New Product Introduction (NPI) strategies.
  • Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of the ERP system.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, with leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in implementing sourcing strategies and continuous improvement programs.
  • Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), volume production scaling, and production transfers.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and development.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, semiconductors, or automotive preferred.
  • Startup experience is desirable.
  • Exceptional negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a cross-functional environment.
