Title: Jr. Data Analyst (co-op)
Location: Boston, MA
Reporting: Director, Customer Development

The Junior Data Analyst will work within the Customer Development group supporting technologies used to service our customers and their activity. Working with various departments across the company the specialist will be responsible for analyzing user usage behavior, mastering such tools as Google Analytics and Salesforce. Strong organizational skills and great attention to details are essential to this role.

Responsibilities:
• Learn product technologies and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Learn user product usage behavior, reporting usage patterns and metrics on a daily basis.
• Analyze user data to find patterns and trends for product successes and failures.
• Collaboration with all enterprise business and IT partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Administrative support for Customer Development activities.

Education/Experience:
• Minimum of BS degree in related field (Business Intelligence desired)
• Minimum of 2 years in specialty co-op or internship
• Relevant experience in positions that require data processing, business performance analysis, variance analysis

Qualification/Skills
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers, interpretation of data , implications of analysis and the ability to execute against findings
• Ability to obtain, analyze and translate complicated data into actionable insights
• Experience working with large-scale database tools (i.e. SQL, MS Access etc.)
• Customer centric focus.
• Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
