Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is currently seeking a Lead QA Performance Engineer to support the testing efforts of our client’s web and mobile products. The ideal candidate will have experience creating automated test scripts to test performance, scalability and load for web and mobile products. You will also be assigning and managing tasks for offshore QA testing resources to support these efforts.

Responsibilities include:
· Write and execute automation test scripts using Selenium
· Establish performance testing baselines
· Ability to create tests in chosen framework by reviewing code commits and user stories
· Guide onshore and offshore resources and delegation of work including reviewing test cases and test case execution
· Develop and maintain testing infrastructures that support unit and integration testing

Qualifications
· Strong understanding of automation testing process using OOPL (C# or Java)
· Experience testing in web and mobile application environments
· 3+ years of experience executing performance, scalability and load testing
· Ability to articulate and drive sustainable processes
· Experience using JMeter is preferred
· Lead additional offshore resources
