Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is actively seeking a talented Penetration Test Analyst. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team in a full-time remote role. We are looking for a professional with roughly 2-3 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing or previous experience as a Cyber Security Analyst.

The target candidate will have a robust background in performing thorough penetration tests across various domains, including network, web, API, social engineering, physical, wireless, mobile, and cloud environments. Responsibilities include creating comprehensive and detailed reports with actionable remediation recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on cybersecurity trends and technologies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in penetration testing.
  • Strong knowledge of network security protocols, tools, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Advanced proficiency with testing tools (Nessus, Nmap, Burp Suite, etc.).
  • Programming/scripting abilities (PHP, Ruby, Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
  • Superb analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to write strong reports and documentation.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • High ethical integrity and professionalism.
  • Preferred Certifications: OSCP, GPEN, CISSP, AWS/Azure/GCP Security.

Cybersecurity Trends: Staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats.

Industry Engagement: Participating in events to stay current and build professional connections.

Thought Leadership: Contributing to public works (blogs, whitepapers, webinars) for thought leadership.
