Devonshire Recruitment & Consulting Partners is actively seeking a Sales Compensation and Commissions Analyst to join a dynamic Sales Operations team. This full-time, on-site role is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong background in sales commission analysis and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales management, operations, and the Customer Fulfillment Center to review and analyze data, ensuring accurate sales transaction credits for representatives.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly changes to sales compensation plans.
- Manage the Deal Registration and Commission Deviation processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate, address, and resolve compensation disputes, implementing improved processes to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle issue escalations and respond to inquiries from sales teams, ensuring timely resolution of errors or concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 2-5 years of experience in compensation and sales commission analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, including reports, dashboards, pivot tables, and lookups.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
