Devonshire Recruitment & Consulting Partners seeks a Senior Client Solutions Engineer to support sales, deliver product demos, and manage client onboarding. Reporting to the head of Client Services, this role bridges client needs with technical solutions to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical product demos that address client-specific challenges.
- Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process, answering client questions.
- Guide clients through proof-of-concept projects to show platform impact.
- Oversee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Provide product training to help clients maximize platform use.
- Relay client feedback to product and engineering teams for improvements.
- Develop presentations and technical documentation for sales meetings.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities during client interactions.
- Create technical content with marketing, like white papers and case studies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Experience in sales engineering, pre-sales, or technical account management.
- Proven ability to address client needs and tailor demos accordingly.
- Problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into solutions.
- Familiarity with network expansion planning (telecom, FTTH) is a plus.
- Experience with geospatial tools or GIS is beneficial.
- Team-oriented, working well with sales, product, and engineering teams.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in telecom or tech.
- Proven track record in driving technical sales and ensuring client satisfaction.
