Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee P&L planning, balance sheet objectives, and key metrics.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Monitor business activities to ensure financial commitments.
  • Facilitate decision-making and foster consensus.
  • Develop and disseminate reports for assessing performance.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly financial packages.
  • Offer analysis and tools for pivotal decisions.
  • Lead innovative processes to enhance team productivity.
  • Deliver financial results and plans to diverse audiences.
  • Undertake unique projects requiring complex modeling or management skills.
  • Advocate for robust business controls and process improvement.
  • Foster collaboration and develop a high-performing team.

 

Additional Objectives Include:

 

Business Model Enhancement: Improve and refine the existing business financial model for swift updates and concise analysis.

Reporting Enhancement: Establish comprehensive standard financial reporting for the Company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Provide regular commentary on company financial results.

Forecasting Improvement: Develop a standardized financial forecasting process aligned with supply/demand planning. Conduct scenario planning to aid in capacity and other planning efforts.

Special Projects Support: Assist the CFO and other business leaders in addressing financial requirements for special projects as they arise. Aid in preparation for public presentations, including earnings calls, investor days, and shareholder meetings.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of relevant financial analysis and planning experience.
  • Previous management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and modeling.
  • Thorough understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and corporate finance.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
  • Experience aligning financial planning with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
