Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract role. This fully remote position is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM implementations (ideally HubSpot), and a strong ability to lead testing and building workstreams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth transition from Salesforce to HubSpot.

Strong leadership with strong stakeholder management abilities will be prioritized, as well as problem-solving skills, and expertise in testing workstream execution. This role requires a highly motivated individual, able to drive cross-functional teams forward, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the mid-stage CRM implementation, ensuring a seamless transition from Salesforce.
• Develop and execute a structured testing plan, identifying potential risks, gaps, and ensuring quality assurance throughout all phases.
• Provide strong leadership to the testing workstream, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and key milestones.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Influence and guide workstream leads with limited experience, providing mentorship and hands-on support.
• Drive project teams forward, ensuring accountability, timely decision-making, and effective problem resolution.
• Apply prior CRM implementation expertise to anticipate potential roadblocks and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all key deliverables are clearly outlined and monitored.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, with a strong track record in software implementations
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in testing workstream management, including the development and execution of structured testing plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, ensuring a cohesive approach across all workstreams.
• Proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to “see around corners” and identify risks before they arise.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
