Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is excited to partner with our client to grow their team.  We are currently looking for an experienced Software Engineer to be a part of our client’s team to develop, enhance and implement cloud-compliant, distributed backend services, web-based applications, browser plugins & apps.  You must be passionate about performance and scalability, love working outside of IDEs and structured systems and an active developer in the technical community.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science or Related)
• 3+ years of experience in web application development on top of nodeJS
• Experience in OOP techniques
• Experience in front-end development: HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience in git source code repository Understanding of medium system architecture
• Ability to debug effectively and fix bug
• Knowledge in data structure such as trees, queues and flows.
• Experience NoSQL database experience, MongoDB preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge in NodeJS/JavaScript OOP and Event-Driven programming
• Knowledge in git flow branching
• Knowledge in distributed networking programming such as REST, RPC and -Message Queue
• Knowledge in FiniteState Machines and Workflow development and configuration
• Knowledge in docker containers and kubernetes
• Knowledge in microservice system architecture
• Knowledge in running background services at scale
• Knowledge in TCP/IP socket programming
