Title: Technical Digital Product Manager
Location: 100% Remote (Boston or Pittsburg preferred)
Classification: full-time hire
Core Abilities: Project Management (60%) and Product Management & UX (40%)
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager for our Boston-based employer who is in the digital healthcare space. Ideally seeking to hire someone that can lead the end-to-end creation, maintenance, and execution of innovative digital products focused on a variety of different strategies. This role requires a creative and curious thinker, with a passion for emerging technology and new forms of content, and a strong background working with technology-based, customer-facing products. The Digital Product Manager must have experience successfully managing projects to completion across multiple partners, technology vendors and agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product management and delivery of assigned products – write the business requirements, determine key tech integration points, develop user journey and system integration flows, conduct analysis on the product scope with the engineering team (either internal or third-party), oversee development and/or integration into partner or client-facing platforms, write the testing scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing, oversee product implementation and Production Validation Testing
- Define and manage the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog to drive incremental change and delivery on key business objectives
- Develop detailed project plans and release schedules, and keep key milestones on track
- Partner with internal or external agency teams on the development of any creative deliverables (wireframes, visual designs, etc.)
- Secure the necessary product approvals with the required stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with clients, strategic partners, engineering teams, additional product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery
- Measure product performance and gather key insights to inform future enhancements
- Manage project budgets and burn reports, assess ROI and determine operational efficiencies
- Provide status updates to key leadership stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Stay closely connected to fan and brand insights/needs/pain points to influence future product roadmaps
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience working in a technical product development role with a proven track record of managing projects from concept to delivery
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and/or third-party technology partners with the ability to serve as the connective tissue between brand partners and clients, internal business and creative teams, and the engineering team doing the development
- Outstanding project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously under tight timelines
- Fluency navigating technical discussions with the ability to translate client needs into business requirements
- Creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong curiosity with a love of learning
- Enthusiasm and passion for emerging technology and experiential marketing
- Strong communication and partner management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, brand partners and clients
