Devonshire Recruitment & Consulting Partners seeks a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen and optimize multi-cloud security across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments. This role focuses on leading Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) initiatives, establishing secure cloud baselines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a strong, scalable, and compliant security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of CSPM solutions across multiple cloud platforms.
• Define and maintain secure baseline configurations for AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Establish continuous compliance monitoring and real-time alerting for security issues.
• Develop cloud security guidance, best practices, and architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security controls into cloud deployments.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security with at least 3 years in cloud security.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record in implementing and managing CSPM solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native security services and compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Security certifications such as CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
• Knowledge of container security, DevSecOps practices, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Experience with identity and access management across cloud platforms.
