Our customer, i.e. the employer, is seeking an experienced Lead Agile Project Manager to join their team. While this position will manage some of the organization’s IT project functions, it will also support strategic goals and objectives on the business end that could be anything from facilities management, to hiring coordination, and vendor management.

Reporting into the PMO, the Lead Agile Project Manager will monitor, analyze and evaluate current and proposed projects to help identify the best sequence, combination, and cadence of projects to meet organizational objectives, leading and managing individual projects as assigned.

This position will also be responsible for supporting and enhancing a company-wide culture of project management best practices – for standardizing how projects are managed (with an emphasis on agility), and for creating and maintaining a PM framework that fosters a unified, detailed view of enterprise projects that includes a system of centralized reporting and dashboards for full line of sight into key project management metrics for project leaders and other internal stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with outstanding communication, organization and collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to think strategically and to interact and build partnerships across all levels of the organization. This person will be adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing projects simultaneously.

10+ years’ of experience in project management, including proficiency with project management software, and implementation of project management methods, tools and resources is required..

To allow for hands-on partnership and collaboration in the necessary project-based work, this position will work a hybrid schedule that includes a combination of remote and on-site work in their southern New Hampshire location.

Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Adobe Confluence and Jira are a nice-to-have.
