This role involves translating business challenges into structured analytical approaches, refining large datasets, and developing advanced AI models to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business objectives, key metrics, and analytical needs.
• Develop structured analytical frameworks to address complex business questions through data-driven insights.
• Extract, transform, and process large-scale datasets to support statistical modeling and machine learning applications.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues while documenting findings and resolutions.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and artificial intelligence models, including generative AI solutions.
• Establish validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-driven models before deployment.
• Develop intuitive dashboards and visual reports to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner, translating complex data into business recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a data-driven consulting role.
• 3-4 years of experience in SQL or Python for data analysis and transformation, automating workflows using Python, SQL, or Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with data preparation for machine learning and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Understanding of ETL processes and experience with tools like Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, DBT, or Alteryx.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with stakeholders to refine analytical needs.
• Ability to translate data findings into business insights with strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience in managing projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience managing ETL processes within MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or Oracle SQL.
• Proficiency in Apache Spark and distributed computing frameworks.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik.
• Experience working with geospatial data and analytics.
