Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is currently looking for a full time SQA Engineer who supports the testing efforts and the production of robust and reliable software that provides a competitive advantage in the marketplace by monitoring systems development processes to ensure commitment to best practice methodologies. The ideal candidate will improve the quality of internal software applications by designing, planning, and executing intelligent and efficient testing strategies for complex business functionality.

Qualifications:

• Must have strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes including experience with test automation using opensource scripting languages and Java.
• Must be able to design and execute clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• SQL- joins, select statements, able to create complex queries to test business logic
• Experience working with technologies and design patterns like XML and Page Object Mode
• Good command of one or more scripting languages such as Powershell, Bash, or Python.
• Selenium is great to have- must have experience with web service level testing. Web testing/scripting takes precedence over Selenium experience
• Experience with Bash shell and Agile Methodology is preferred.

• Command of content but with the ability to expand and enhance knowledge. A teacher more than a student.
• Critical Thinking, capacity to learn.
• Agile Experience- relevance of ceremonies; this person will be a member of a scrum team.
