Job Overview:

Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is seeking a Demand Generation and Market Access Manager User to drive lead generation and demand development for their Optics Product Lines. This position will manage marketing automation platforms and drive sales engagement to achieve business goals. The role will report to the Head of Marketing Communications and be based in Billerica, MA.

Responsibilities:

The Demand Generation and Market Access Manager User will be responsible for:

  • Mapping the buyer’s journey to design and launch multi-touch engagement programs targeted to market-specific customer/buyer personas.
  • Developing content to generate awareness, shift perceptions, and acquire net-new marketable contacts throughout the customer lifecycle (including aftermarket).
  • Creating nurturing programs to generate leads and accelerate conversion rates.
  • Setting up email and push campaigns to educate, engage, and convert using a marketing automation platform.
  • Ensuring every inbound lead is handled quickly and effectively by the individual sales reps and providing a means to allow inside sales and field sales to prospects at scale using a sales engagement platform.
  • Developing metrics and analyzing campaign data to drive future marketing decisions and optimize campaign strategy.
  • Maintaining and iterating global lead scoring and grading models using dashboards and reports for overall effectiveness metrics.
  • Contributing to continuous campaign performance monitoring, A/B testing, and corresponding KPI-driven optimization with reporting to internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining awareness of marketing automation technology advancements and industry changes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in marketing, communication, computer science, or a comparable discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication, with a focus on CRM and B2B, and experience in biotechnology, medical devices, or life sciences space required.
  • An affinity to IT and data in general to bridge the gap between communications, marketing, and sales in a complex software-driven ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with a marketing and sales tech stack as well as campaign performance analysis, working with industry tools and analytics packages (especially Act-On, Outreach, Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot, and Adobe Analytics).
  • An understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align communication campaign strategies with customer journeys.
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results possible.
  • Superior communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to explain complex topics in an engaging way. Additional languages are welcome.
  • A team player who delivers results on time and in high quality.
  • Experience working with global and remote teams and willingness to work in an agile environment.
