Devonshire Recruiting & Consulting Partners is actively seeking a QA Automation Engineer Team Lead to join a leading healthcare technology company. As the QA Automation Engineer Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring software and data functionality, reliability, and alignment with end users’ expectations through the implementation and maintenance of automated quality checks throughout the delivery process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the automation team in building and maintaining automated testing frameworks and solutions.
- Guide and mentor team members in identifying and solving test automation needs and opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and participate in daily activities within the automation team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test plans.
- Coordinate and drive automation test activities, ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
- Facilitate pre-production regression testing and smoke testing with SQA analysts.
- Conduct test reviews and attend code and design reviews to ensure compliance with development processes.
- Design and submit automated test case suites for new or existing software.
- Assist in troubleshooting testing cycles and define changes to automation coverage.
- Lead the development and execution of automated testing tools within the team.
- Report automation key performance indexes (KPI) and metrics monthly.
- Collaborate with managers on resource assignments and participate in the interview process.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Maintain QA skills and focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in QA Software and Data QA/ETL testing.
- 2+ years of QA lead responsibility experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environment and CI/CD tools like Azure and Jenkins.
- Strong experience with complex data validation and ETL process testing.
- Advanced experience with SQL Server and writing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Tech Stack (C# and .NET).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-focused with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
